Under 10s

Working on the basics of basketball, from shooting to ball handling and everything in between. This is the perfect introduction to basketball for all children

Under 12s

Our under 12s sessions start to develop the children's basketball skills. Whether just starting or moving up from the under 10s, the children's skills will be applied to game play situations and will be introduced to competitive games

Under 14s

Our under 14s sessions continue to develop the children's advanced basketball skills and applying these in tandem with more complex basketball plays. The children will continue to play in competitive games

Under 16s

The Under 16s sessions start preparing the players for more advanced levels of basketball. Coaching is mostly drill based and work on advanced game plays, as well as continue to develop players personal skills.

Under 18s

The Under 18s sessions are the final steps before mens basketball. Players will continue to prepare for adult levels of basketball and we will begin to integrate the players in to adult training sessions also. Coaching is mostly drill based and work on advanced game plays.

Men's

Team 1 

Our Men's 1st team play in Division 1 of the Dorset Basketball Association.  This is a performance team with the best players in the region. They were the 2024/25 Division 1 and playoff champions.

Men's

Team 2 

The Men's 2nd team is a development squad. We welcome new and experienced players and play in the Dorset Basketball Association Division 2. Players from this team also have the opportunity to train and play with the 1st team.

Men's

Legends

The Men's Legends team is aimed at players 35+, however there is no requirement for all players 35+ to play for the Legends. They were the DBA 2024/25 Division 3 champions.
